Dung Quat oil refinery, the first oil refinery in Vietnam, sold more than 3.1 million tonnes of petroleum products, well above its revenue and tax payment plans.
In 2013, with the preferential financial mechanism approved by the Government and the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam), Dung Quat refinery expected to achieve VND2,100 billion in profit.
