MTA Hanoi 2014 Highly Appreciated

The International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metalworking Exhibition (MTA Hanoi 2014) held from 1-4 April 2014 has received positive feedback from businesses and international industry peers. Thousands of buyers visited the exhibition, helping connect leading enterprises at home and abroad.
 
Mr Petr Zemanek, General Manager of the Association of Engineering Technology, Czech Republic, said domestic manufacturing sectors and improved investment landscape in Vietnam has made Vietnam a country of immense growth potential in the minds of Czech businesses. Mr Zemanek said their participation in MTA Hanoi 2014 helped promote the brands and capabilities of Czech businesses. Through networking opportunities during the three-day exhibition, the association was able to better understand the business community in the northern region, as well as prospects for future development.
 
CEO Taveesak Srisuntisuk, Managing Director of Hexagon Metrology (Thailand) highly appreciated MTA Hanoi 2014. He said visitors were generally satisfied with the company's products; the company could sell its Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to Ogino Vietnam on the very first day of the exhibition.
 
Bystronic, another company from Singapore, said that MTA Hanoi 2014 was an effective forum to help the company show their capabilities and also the opportunity to connect with other companies in industry. CEO Philip Loh of Bystronic expressed his satisfaction with the quality of visitors.
 
Meanwhile, Dr Christian Braun, Managing Director of DMG Mori Seki said "DMG Mori is pleased that its range of machines has played an important role in growth of the industries here. We have chosen MTA Hanoi as our key platform to showcase our technology and we are pleased that we have received good business contacts, and the inquiries for our machines have increased dramatically at this show."
 
TRUMPF also from Singapore assessed Vietnam had become an important market and its participation in MTA Hanoi would allow the company to further establish its presence in Vietnam and reach out to new customers.
 
Mr Teoh Ah Kook, Purchasing Manager at Kein Hing Muramoto Vietnam, said the exhibition helped him meet lots of new suppliers and expressed the hope that MTA Hanoi would continue annually. For Mr Shirao Shunji, Director of Nissei Electric Hanoi, the exhibition met the company’s expectation. He said he would participate in next MTAs.
 
With the outstanding success, the MTA Hanoi will return in April 2016.
