National Steering Committee for Rice Research Set up

Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Cao Duc Phat recently passed a decision on the establishment of the National Steering Committee for Rice Research until 2020.

The committee, chaired by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Quoc Doanh, will work out key national rice research programmes with the aim of enhancing quality and productivity.
