The Prime Minister recently approved a list of high-tech prioritised for development investment and the list of high-tech products encouraged for development investment.
According to the new decision, from January 15, 2015, Vietnam will give priority to the development investment of 58 high-tech sectors and encourage the development of 114 high-tech products. Some high-tech sectors given development priority include integrated circuit (IC) design and manufacture technology, artificial intelligence (AI) technology; flexible electronics (FE) technology, aviation and aerospace technology.
