Before she did business, she was a teacher. Thus, at first, she had no knowledge and experience of business. She took on the company when it was full of difficulties because of debts, capital shortages and insufficient personnel. She recalled, “My tears burst out when I first read a tax report because I did not understand anything on it. How I could run a company like this? I decided to study, one by one.” She learned business knowledge and experience from colleagues, friends, relatives and even competitors. She registered to study all short-term classes of business administration, finance, accounting, marketing and other subjects relating to business. She then registered to join the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the Da Nang SME Association, the Da Nang Young Business Association, the Women Business Association, the Da Nang Scientific and Economic Association to learn from others.

She gradually gained a vision and set up business direction, and sought ways to enter the market. With her dynamism, responsiveness and innovativeness as well as readiness for equipment investment and upgrading, she led her company out of trouble and advanced forward to become a leading distributor of automobile tires, batteries, lubricants, wheels, office equipment and auto care services.

 

The main business fields of An Dien are automobile parts like tires, batteries, wheels, lubricants, toys and gadgets. The products are mainly imported from France, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam. To meet the needs of customers, the company has invested to buy modern machines to service cars in the best manner like wheel calibration and nitrogen gas pumping. With its good reputation on the market, An Dien was named the distributor for the world’s most famous tyre manufacture Michelin in central Vietnam and granted MSC (Michelin Service Centre) certificate. In 2013, the company had a standard Michelin passenger car tyre service centre at 96 Dien Bien Phu Street, Da Nang City. On February 2, 2015, the company opened a truck tyre service centre at 530 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City, to provide a new perfect service for customers.
