According to Decree 153/2016/ND-CP of the Government dated November 14, 2016 on minimum wages of full-time workers, the minimum wage applied to full-time workers in enterprises is provided as follows:
- The level of VND3,750,000 per month, applicable to enterprises operating in the Region 1
- The level of VND3,320,000 per month, applicable to enterprises operating in the Region 2
- The level of VND2,900,000 per month, applicable to enterprises operating in the Region 3
- The level of VND2,580,000 per month, applicable to enterprises operating in the Region 4
Based on the minimum wage level provided for specific regions and on labour contract, collective bargaining agreement or employment regulations of enterprises, enterprises shall collaborate with the Trade Union and employees to determine the reasonable adjustment to salaries.
