IDJ International Finance Investment and Enterprises Development JS Co (IDJ Financial) has just signed a contract in Hanoi to exclusively rent the Hanoi Plaza Hotel trade center in South East Asia Urban Zone, Tran Duy Hung St in Hanoi's Cau Giay District.
The Hanoi Plaza Hotel project located on a site of 19,689 square meters has been invested by Korea-based Charmvit Group with a total investment capital of US$120 million.
This will be a complex of offices for lease, a trade centre, international standard five-star hotel with a floor space of 150,000 square meters.
The 27 storey hotel block will provide 360 international standard rooms and 23 storey office block with a total area of 53,897 square meters.
As planned, the project will be operational by the first quarter of 2010. (Vietnam Economic Times)
