Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has signed a secrete application contract with VeriSign Inc., the world’s leading supplier of infrastructure and Internet secrete services, the Lao Dong newspaper reported.
The Hanoi-based state-owned lender has decided to select VeriSign Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificates to ensure high value banking transactions to customers to avoid threats on online secretes.
VeriSign provides EV SSL to over 10,000 online domains, accounting for 74% of the volume of EV SSL Certificates in the world. (Labor)
