Mr Vu Van Hau- Director of Hanoi Department of Natural Resource and Environment said that from 16 August to 15 September, a survey on prices of land in 577 communes, wards and towns having successful land transactions will be done to build up a new land price frame.
In details, prices of 50 land plots successfully transacted in 2010 in wards under urban districts and towns will be gathered by the Service of Natural Resource and Environment. In wards under rural districts, the survey will be done with 45 land fields having successful transactions.
Additionally, prices of 38 fields in plain and 23 fields in midland and mountain areas respectively will be inquired.
