The first International Tea Festival will take place in the Northern province of Thai Nguyen from November 12-15.
The event is expected to promote the Vietnamese tea values and trademarks locally and globally, provide a playing field for local tea enterprises to share experience with international partners, and enhance business and production of Vietnamese tea.
Thai Nguyen ranks the second in Vietnam in terms of tea cultivation area and output.
So far, Thai Nguyen tea is famous nationwide for its quality and special taste like Tan Cuong, La Bang, and Tuc Tranh and has been available in nine foreign countries.
