Quang Tri Construction and Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company is involved in the business of construction investment consultancy: surveying, design, assessing, and monitoring implementation of irrigation works, agricultural infrastructure and rural development works. The Company now has nearly 40 qualified staff including one MA, 18 engineers and 4 graduates.
Director Nguyen Van Can said, “Sustainable development can be slow but stable.” In 2004, the company changed into joint stock model with many challenges and difficulties.
However, thanks to the whole staff’s efforts and high consensus, in 2007, the company made a long stride with higher reputation. In 2010 alone, the company raked in over VND9 billion, four times higher than 2009, and average income was VND7 million per month.
In 2011, the economy once more falls into difficulty, causing many obstacles to construction and consulting enterprises. Thanks to strong leadership, the company has still managed to create enough work for its staff and obtained considerate development.
In the first six months, the company gained notable achievements namely surveying; planning and designing; monitoring and carrying out 25 projects valued at VND 30,031 billion. Labour policies are carefully followed by the company.
“The only way to support the company’s development is to promote inner force,” said Director Nguyen Van Can.
