Cloud Computing & Security World 2012 Held in Hanoi

Cloud Computing & Security World 2012 Conference & Exhibition was recently held in Hanoi with the theme “Security vs. Modernity: Building social confidence in modern services”. This is the largest and most prestigious national forum about security in Vietnam.

The conference consists of three sessions namely: Cloud Computing World 2012, The deployment of e-government from a security perspective and Security Solutions to boost non-cash payment and e-commerce activities in Vietnam. Significantly, for the first time, the event dedicates an entire separate session for training: Strategic planning and enterprise risk management (ERM) – Strategies for security leaders, in which CIOs and CSOs can find necessary insights to develop a comprehensive and effective information security and risk management strategy.

 

Along with the conferences is the Security Technology Demo Expo showcasing their state-of-the-art security services/products and solutions in Network Security, Cloud Security, Encryption, ATM Security, Identity Management and Access Control.

 

The event is co-organized by the Department of IT, General Department of Logistics and Technology, Ministry of Public Security; VNCERT, Ministry of Information and Communications; Vietnam Government Information Security Commission, Ministry of Defence; and International Data Group (IDG Vietnam).
