Binh Thuan province will plan 32 industrial complexes, its Department of Industry and Trade. New industrial complexes will be located in Ham Tan district (five industrial complexes), Bac Binh, Ham Thuan Bac, Tanh Linh and La Gi (four complexes each), Tuy Phong, Phan Thiet and Duc Linh (three complexes each), Ham Thuan Nam and Phu Quy (one complex each).
To date, Binh Thuan has established 22 small-scale industrial clusters, of which 15 already have infrastructure investors and 11 are being prepared for infrastructure construction. To attract more investors into local industrial complexes, the Department of Industry and Trade of Binh Thuan province will press on infrastructure construction in industrial complexes with infrastructure investors. In case licensed investors fail to carry on infrastructure construction, the provincial government will consider revoking their licences.
