The presence of many completed new urban areas in Dien Ban Town not only creates a new urban look but also connects with the central city to form a green, bright, clean, convenient space and shape a civilized and modern lifestyle. The urban infrastructure of Dien Ban Town has marked changes because of great contribution of investors, including Phong Hai Thinh Trading and Service Co., Ltd.

2A-Dien Ngoc New Urban Area is a "golden" location on Tran Dai Nghia - Tran Hung Dao Street, a 48-meter wide arterial road connecting Da Nang to Hoi An Ancient Town, lying next to the University Village, Quang Nam - Da Nang Industrial Park, a chain of tourist resorts and upmarket urban areas along the coast and along the Co Co River. The new urban area has convenient access to a complete technical infrastructure consisting of road, seaway and airway and to the DRT Road connecting Da Nang with Hoi An, a place that combines outstanding values for a perfect and prosperous life. This new urban area is featured a modern infrastructure, an ecological surrounding and full utilities, thus is not only an ideal place to live but also an opportunity for guaranteed return on investment. When the project is completed with the above-mentioned project chain, it will form a modern, elegant urban space that links the tourist city, the financial center, the high technology hub and Da Nang ports with the historical and ecological ancient city of Hoi An where there are about 5,000 dwellers.

After being approved by the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee, the detailed plan (on a 1-to-500 scale) of the second phase and ratified in a written permission by the Standing Board of the Quang Nam Provincial People’s Council on June 26, 2018, the second phase of 2A - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area Project in Dien Ngoc Ward, Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province, invested by Phong Hai Thinh Trading and Service Co., Ltd, headquartered at 271 Dung Si Thanh Khe, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City, completed relevant legal procedures, from surveying, designing, carrying out technical procedures such as unexploded ordnance (UXO) clearance, geological exploration drilling and environmental impact assessment . The project is expected to bring a fresh breeze to the real estate market in both Quang Nam province and Da Nang City. This is a 50-ha social security project taken over from the People's Committee of the former Dien Ban district (present-day Dien Ban Town). The first phase was built on more than 9 ha and the remainder of more than 35.7 ha was assigned to Phong Hai Thinh.

Telling us why the company chose Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province for its investment project, Mr. Dinh Van Hung, General Director of Phong Hai Thinh Company, said: “Geographic advantages - lying between two dynamically developing big cities, Da Nang and Hoi An, lying at the heart of the key economic region of the central region - favorable natural conditions and good social and economic infrastructure offer Dien Ban Town a lot of opportunities to reach out and link with neighboring localities. New urban areas in Dien Ban with distinctive utilities are drawing investment fund for many fields. Therefore, Phong Hai Thinh came to carry out 2A - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area with the desire to create a new dynamic face for Dien Ban Town”.

Currently, the company is cooperating with the Dien Ban Land Fund Development Center and the Dien Ngoc People's Committee to quickly speed up measurement and traceability of land and architectural objects to conduct compensation for acquired land and avoid disputes and lawsuits. The company will complete site clearance, land compensation and infrastructure construction of the first component in 2021 and the second component in 2022. Besides, Phong Hai Thinh will build 12-storey apartment buildings to accommodate more than 400 households temporarily displaced for the first component before completing the construction of the resettlement infrastructure. After arranging resettlement for the displaced households, the company will sell these apartments to people in need to recover the investment fund.

Hung said, “Urbanization is indispensable progress in the rise of Dien Ban Town. Defined to be a northern center of Quang Nam province, Dien Ban Town has the necessary elements to develop from a satellite city to a hub interconnected with major cities and tourism cities in the region such as Da Nang and Hoi An a well as the central key economic region, with the emphasis placed on industry, services and tourism. However, in order to achieve these goals, all levels and branches of authority in Dien Ban need to make more efforts to unlock local potential and strengths and seize opportunities for development investment.”
