Chairman of Vinh Phuc People's Committee Tran Duy Dong conducts an inspection of infrastructure and operations at Tam Duong I Industrial Park
In Tam Duong District, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the site clearance and construction progress of four key projects: Tam Duong I Industrial Park - Area 2 and Area 3, and Tam Duong II Industrial Park - Area A and Area B.
According to reports from the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, along with departments, sectors, and localities, some major challenges remain in compensation, resettlement, and completing investment procedures. In response, the Chairman instructed local authorities to urgently finalize site clearance, especially in industrial parks with active investors.
Specifically, in Tam Duong I Industrial Park - Area 2, resettlement areas must quickly undergo bidding and construction procedures, finalize compensation and site clearance plans, and complete land-related procedures for submission to the Provincial People's Committee as a basis for land allocation. The Provincial Land Development Fund will prioritize disbursement for resettlement projects. The province also authorized Tam Duong District to decide on additional support levels to accelerate site clearance and compensation. Additionally, the industrial park developer was asked to work closely with the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, departments, and sectors to complete procedures for the project’s investment registration certificate and land rental pricing. The Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment was assigned to coordinate and assist Tam Duong District in issuing a decision to revoke 24 land use right certificates for plots violating regulations along part of the industrial park’s main axis.

The focus is on developing high-tech, eco-friendly industries aligned with the province’s overall development plan.
In Binh Xuyen district, Mr. Tran Duy Dong also inspected the on-site progress of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park project - one of the province’s key projects of significant economic and political importance.
