Bellizeno with Climate Change Fair to Open in Hanoi

The inaugural exhibition on blankets, coversheets and pillows for the wedding season under the theme of "Bellizeno with Climate Change” is scheduled to take place at Art Gallery, 93 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Hanoi from September 15 to October 5, 2011.

 

The exhibition will be organised by the Hanoi Friendship Union in collaboration with Hiep Hung Group, aiming to call consumers to share in the work for a sustainable environment.

 

The exhibition will display 30 works in three themes, namely Bellizeno with friends; paradise for couples; and Moc Tue Lam with vivid embroideries woven by poor countryside women. Each work is a very simple story and message concerning the protection of the environment and the planet. The messages are as simple as “turning off lights when unnecessary,” “do not cast leftover foods,” and “do not waste water.”

 

Exhibits are hand-made from microorganism cotton, a safe-for-health fibre collected with high technology and free from pesticide.
