VCCI Exhibition Service Co., Ltd and Singapore Exhibition Services Pte Ltd will join hands to hold the 9th Vietnam International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metalworking Exhibition and Conference (MTA Hanoi 2012) in March 2012.

According to William Lim, project director of SES, it is the great care of big foreign companies operating in the northern Vietnam that is a momentum for the event launch. MTA is expected to offer a chance for the Vietnamese production sector to get access to latest measures and technologies in the areas of metal processing, precise engineering and machine tools.

In recent years, many international groups such as Canon, Honda, Panasonic, Toyota and Samsung have set up production facilities in the northern Vietnam. Kyocera also plans to build a factory in Hanoi to produce mobile phone equipment and Nikkiso intends to expand its airplane equipment production in Vietnam early 2013. Meanwhile Nokia and Wintek plan to build their factories in the north.

MTA Hanoi 2012 is expected to bring opportunities for local companies to meet and exchange cooperation with international firms and also see advanced measures and technologies.
