Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, has spoken highly of significant achievements gained by the Party Committee and people of Bac Ninh province during a ceremony celebrating the 20th anniversary of the locality’s re-establishment on January 3.
He asked the province to foster the application of information technology in urban management, push ahead with economic restructuring and shift of growth model, and ensure better use of resources.
He also requested that local authorities fully address environmental pollution, particularly at industrial parks and craft villages, while bolstering promotional activities in order to attract more investors.
