Introduction of US Bankruptcy Law

VCCI, in cooperation with the US law firms of Greenebaum Doll and McDonald, will host a talk on introducing the Bankruptcy Law of the US and its impacts and risks for Vietnamese enterprises which have business relations with US firms.

The talk also refers to risks and solutions for Vietnamese enterprises to ensure their benefits when their US partners face bankruptcy.
