Can Tho, Kien Giang, Lam Dong Join Forces to Develop Tourism

The Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City, Lam Dong and Kien Giang provinces and the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centres of these localities have recently gathered in Can Tho City to discuss cooperation in developing tourism, aiming to create opportunities for tourism companies in these three localities to enhance understanding, sign business agreements and interconnect tours.

 

Mr Le Van Men, Deputy Director of Can Tho Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Centre, said: The tourism development cooperation among Can Tho, Kien Giang and Lam Dong is now a common trend in Vietnam, aiming at strengthening sustainable tourism development, promoting local tourism popularity, and capitalising on local potential to offer a range of more attractive products to domestic and international tourists.

 

Mr Men added that the cooperation enabled the three localities to better exploit their strengths in tourism resources, infrastructure, techniques and other resources for joint tourism development.
