In addition, Quang Ngai’s Dung Quat Economic Zone has been planned with an area of over 45,000 ha. It is one among the economic parks with the highest preferential policies in Vietnam.

The province also has a coastline stretching 130 km, featuring stunning beaches such as Binh Chau, My Khe and Sa Huynh. Its Ly Son island district is also favourable for developing tourism, high-tech agriculture and aquaculture.

With its potential and strengths, in the near future, the province targets to focus on attracting investment in projects on the fields of industrial park infrastructure, supporting industries, petrochemical and chemical industries, hi-tech agriculture, urban infrastructure, tourism, services and aquaculture with advanced technologies, without adversely affecting the environment.
