Notably, after about three hours of broadcasting, the program closed nearly 600 orders, with total revenue of about VND400 million. The result demonstrates the appeal of traditional craft village products when promoted through new methods suited to the trend of online shopping.

Participating in the livestream, Vice Chairman of the Thuong Phuc Commune People’s Committee Tran Ngoc Tuan emphasized that innovating methods of promoting and selling products is one of the important directions for increasing the value of craft villages, expanding markets and bringing traditional products closer to consumers.

According to Vice Chairman of the Thuong Phuc Commune People’s Committee, the locality has many craft villages and traditional products with their own distinctive characteristics. Applying technology, e-commerce and social media platforms not only helps production establishments find customers but also contributes to promoting the image, culture and people of Thuong Phuc.

The Vice Chairman of the Thuong Phuc Commune People’s Committee said that, alongside accelerating digitalization in administrative procedure processing, the commune is particularly focused on supporting residents, production households and businesses in accessing the digital economy, e-commerce and cashless payment methods.

Organizing livestreams to promote craft village products is one of the concrete activities aimed at bringing digital transformation into daily life and production and business activities. Through this, residents not only gain access to technology for carrying out administrative procedures but can also use technology as a tool to create economic value.

It is known that the livestreams promoting the craft village heritage of Thuong Phuc Commune will be held consecutively for 12 weeks. This is a practical activity under the 100-day peak campaign for digital transformation in the area.
