An international mechanical and metallurgic exhibition fair, the first of its kind in Vietnam, will take place in Hanoi from December 14-17, according to the Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry (VAMI).
The fair is expected to attract the participation of domestic and foreign businesses who will bring to the exhibition their products in civil engineering, the hydropower industry, shipbuilding and cement production.
Latest machines and technologies in the production of alloyed steel, steel for manufacturing and construction will also be showcased.
During the event, seminars are also set to be organized for businesses seeking opportunities in supplying mechanical engineering equipment to the power, cement and paper industries.
According to VAMI Chairman Nguyen Van Thu, the exhibition cum fair is part of the national trade promotion program in the mechanical and metallurgic industry.
