Please let us about types of projects, which local economic organizations want to participate in bidding for implementation in Hanoi and forms for selecting investors?

On 17 May 2006, Hanoi People’s Committee issued Decision No.71/2006/QD-UBND on promulgating Temporary Regulation on bidding for selection of investor developing projects using land in Hanoi (hereinafter refer as to the “Decision”). Accordingly, types of projects, which local economic organizations want to participate in bidding for implementation in Hanoi, and forms for selecting investors are as follows:

 

Project for construction of dwelling house for sale or lease;

Project for construction of new urban area, project for upgrading existing dwelling house areas;

Project for construction of infrastructure for assignment or lease;

Project using land as site for business and production establishments;

Project for construction of public works for business purpose, which are approved by Hanoi People’s Committee in order to socialize investment activities.
