Manufacturing Vietnam 2008 Opens in Hanoi

On May 8th, in Hanoi, the trade fair Manufacturing Vietnam 2008 opened, attracting 30 countries and more than 500 items on display. Manufacturers in Vietnam are lining up to enter the show. Japan offers a special attraction, for the first time in Southeast Asia, “Industrial Robots in Concert”, showing the latest technology featuring fluid, human-like movement. More than 10,000 industrial visitors are expected, with 30 million U.S. dollars in business transactions.
 
Ms Nichapa Yoswee, Managing Director of Reed Tradex Company, leader in exhibitions, trade shows and conferences in Thailand and Indochina said: “Many new technologies will be revealed for the first time here to improve the capabilities of the plastics industry, mold making, automation, automotive parts industries and electronic parts industries at the Hanoi International Centre for Exhibition.”
 
During these three days there are 5 exhibition highlights: Robot Show, Industrial Robots in Concert, Welding Competition, Thai Mold Maker Pavilion and Thai Subcon and the Utmost in Electronics: First time in Vietnam
