The Hanoi Industry and Trade Service on January 16 commences Hanoi Spring Fair 2009 at the Vietnam Exhibition and Fair Center, 148 Giang Vo Street, local Ba Dinh district, reported local media.
The nine-day fair showcases various kinds of goods such as foodstuff, beverage, cosmetics, household utensils and others.
Nearly 500 local businesses with many well-know trademarks attend the event with 800 pavilions.
Another spring fair is now taking place in central Danang city from Jan 13-19 with the participation of over 150 enterprises, including 70 from Thailand.
