Vietnam Lam Dong Province Offers 13,000 Ha of Land for Tourism Projects

The central highlands province of Lam Dong has agreed to hand over nearly 13,000 hectares of land to HCM City investors to develop tourism projects.

The land will be used for resorts, hotels, and entertainment facilities in the locality, an official from the provincial People’s Committee said.
 
Tourism projects invested in by HCM City investors now account for 75% of the province’s total number, according to the committee.
 
So far, Lam Dong province has granted investment licenses to 83 tourism project investors from HCM City with a combined registered capital of nearly VND36.2 trillion. (Vietnam & World Economy)
