Quang Ninh Business Association to Open First Meeting

The First Congress of the Quang Ninh Business Association, themed “"Unity, Creativity, Integration, Development,” was slated for opening on October 13, 2012 in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province. This activity aims to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day (October 13, 2012) and the 50th founding anniversary of Quang Ninh province (1963-2013).

 

With more than 8,000 businesses, in 2011, Quang Ninh ranked 5th in the country in terms of State Budget collection after Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and Hai Phong.

 

The Quang Ninh Business Association is a social - professional entity representative of the business community in Quang Ninh province. It gathers and represents the provincial business community to domestic and international organisations. The formation of the association aimed to promote cooperation, economic, trade, scientific and technological development, bring together collective strength to enhance business operation and competitiveness of local enterprises, and promote economic cooperation among association members.
